Here, our rich industry experience and product knowledge also allows us to successfully handle the demands of a range of tensile strength members. These comprise a wide range of protective rubber covers that are precision manufactured in widths that are up to 2500 mm in most of the modern automated plants and are made using finest raw material inputs. Here, widths that are up to 3200mm can also be developed as per client's requests.

The available options include:

A. Nylon / Nylon (NN) Carcass :

Lower longitudinal elongation	Higher tensile strength
Good flexibility and trough-ability	Resistance to mildew, moisture as well as rotting
Excellent impact resistance

B. Polyester / Nylon (EP) Carcass :

Other than advantage as listed for NN carcass belts, these EP belts feature additional advantage of lower longitudinal elongation

C. Cotton / Cotton (CC) Carcass :

Suitable for most applications	Provides superior bonding for rubber
Superior fastener holding properties

D. Steel Cord (ST) Carcass :

Superior trough-ability	Superior tensile strength (above other available tensile members)
Very low elongation

E. Kevlar (K) Carcass :

Good trough-ability	Low elongation
Superior tensile strength	Equivalent to steel cord, yet light in weight
